Delivery and Pickup Charges

The hire fee and deposit is paid online when you book the vehicle.
Reasonable Pick and Return times
Pickup and return times are mentioned within our terms and conditions. We advice that pickups should be after 4pm on the start of the hire day and the vehicle return should be before 10am on the stated return date for the hire. Please allow yourself extra time when returning or collecting the vehicle from an airport as due to heightened security the handover many not take place at the airport pickup terminal. The handover maybe possible at a nearby service station or airport car park.
Handover Questions
The motorhome member will meet you in the airport arrivals lounge and take you to the motorhome for the vehicle handover. They will also give you directions to the vehicle return handover location. If you have any questions or anything needs clarification, please ask the member at the pickup handover.
Bedding and linen costs
Airline passengers cannot be expected to travel with bed linen. For this reason we encourage our members to provide it for international hirers. Bed linen such as pillows and divots are available on some motorhomes for an additional fee as shown in the motorhomes additional extras description.
