Can I prepay the whole hire now?
Yes, we take full hire payment before the start of the hire as standard. We also take a damage deposit on the start day of the hire. We require a personal or company credit card with appropriate official driving licence documents in order to raise the insurance for the hire. Hires can also pay by cheque or bank transfer if time allows for the funds to have cleared before the hire start date. If you plan to do this please contact the MHG before hand to arrange this. The damage deposit may be added to your fee and the balance returned to you at the end of a successful hire.
