Delivery and Pick up Charges
Some of the motorhomes charge additional fees for airport pickup, this will be shown in the vehicle additional extras section.
Reasonable Pick and Return times
You should plan to pickup the motorhome after 4pm on the start of the hire day and return it before 10am on the end hire date.
Bedding and linen costs
Most of the motorhomes come with bedding and linen provided at a small extra cost. This cost is displayed if available in the vehicle additional extras section of the motorhome description. Cooking equipment such as pots and pans will be supplied as standard with no additional cost for all hires.
Reasonable Handover Times
Please allow yourself plenty of time for the vehicle handover process. The pick-up and return vehicle handover normally takes over 40 minutes.
For the pick-up handover the member will demonstrate the correct use of the vehicle in English. It is recommended for international groups if English is not your first language that one of you interprets for the rest of the party. During the vehicle demonstration you will be shown how to change the waste toilet cassette and change gas bottles. It is important that you pay attention for at the return handover at the end of your hire the motorhome should be in the returned in the same condition. The toilet cassette should be empty as well as having a full gas and fuel tank. The vehicle will have had this at the start of the hire. If the vehicle is not returned in the same good condition as it was in at the start of the hire extra charges may apply.
