Reasonable Pick and Return times
When booking your flight please consider the pick and return times for the vehicle. You will have to allow yourself plenty of time to catch your flight. Vehicle handovers can normally take over 40 minutes. Please give yourself plenty of time to reach airport check-in.
Bedding and linen fees
Bedding and linen fees maybe applicable, these will be shown in the vehicle additional extras section for the vehicle. These fees will be collected by the member at the vehicle pickup.
Handover Times
Due to strengthened airport security, you may not be allowed to pick up or return your motorhome hire to the airport. Please allow extra time to get from the handover location to the airport on your return.
The pickup handover normally takes about 40 minutes and covers everything you need to know for correct hire use of the vehicle. The Motorhome Group Member will take you around the vehicle and demonstrate it to you in English. If you are an international party, you should have a good English speaker who can translate to the rest of the group, if English is not your first language. The vehicle will be in good condition with full gas, water and fuel tanks.
On the return handover again allow yourself plenty of time for the handover. The member will inspect the vehicle to assess if it has been returned in good condition. Extra charges will be made if the toilet cassette has not been emptied. Gas bottles and fuel tanks should be filled up to the same levels at the start of the hire.
