Delivery and Pick up Charges
Due to heightened security at some airports you may not be allowed to pickup the motorhome directly at the airport arrivals area. You may have to travel a short distance to a nearby service station or car park to do the vehicle handover. Delivery and pick up charges if any will be shown in the vehicle additional extras section.
Pick and Return at Reasonable Times
You must use the preferred pickup and vehicle return times as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions. The hire vehicle will be fully insured during use.
Linen and Bedding Charges
We expect all international hirers to require bed linen and towels. These items are provided bon some but not all vehicles. Please check the additional items description for these articles. There maybe an additional charge made by the member to provide these. Cutlery, pots and pans are provided as standard with all vehicles at no extra charge.
Handover Times
We expect you to pickup the vehicle after 4.p.m. on the day of the hire. You can arrange the specific handover times with the vehicle member. If you require the vehicle before 4p.m please contact the Motorhome Group directly. You may have to pay for an additional day's insurance to cover an early pickup. The vehicle return handover must be completed before 10a.m. on the return hire day unless authorized by the Motorhome Group directly. This is explained in more detail in our Terms and Conditions.
Handover Process
During the pickup handover process in English you will be shown how to use the vehicle. It is a good idea with international groups for one person in the group to speak English and be able to translate to the rest of the party.
